Her foster said she was a good car rider, and she was. She went to the back set and laid down for most of the trip. She was so quiet I almost forgot she was there.
When we got home, Bo was spastic, barking and squealing and he came on rather strong... jumping around, bouncing off the furniture, barking, nipping, getting mouthy. Well... she gives as good as she gets and he may regret having started a mouthy contest with a teething Dane. But they both have waggy tails and there are playful growls but they haven't been trying to hurt each other.
They didn't let up for two or three hours. They wore me out.
They are both sleeping now. Bo next to me and Daisy on the other couch. I'm glad, they were both panting, they needed to calm down. I just hope they're like this tonight when it's time to go to bed. :/ Surely the newness has mostly worn off.
